Once an order is placed, build time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on parts availability and customization. Each watch is built to order and carefully assembled and inspected before shipment. Any delays due to parts availability will be communicated promptly.

Once your watch build is complete, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Because each MPwatches timepiece is custom-built or modified to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or modified watches.

However, every MPwatches watch is backed by a 1 year limited warranty covering workmanship and mechanical function. If an issue arises due to assembly or movement function within the warranty period, we will repair the watch at no cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage due to misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
