Order
Once an order is placed, our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks, depending on parts availability and customization. Each watch is built to order and carefully assembled and inspected before shipment. Any delays due to parts availability will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Info
Once your watch build is complete, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns:
MPwatches offers a 7-day return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
In order to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mpwatchstore.com for detailed return instructions.

Return Conditions:
All returned items must be, unused, undamaged, in original condition and returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
Seiko Mod Warranty:
Every MPwatches Seiko Mod is backed by a 1 year limited warranty covering workmanship and mechanical function. If an issue arises due to assembly or movement function within the warranty period. We reserve the right, at our discretion to repair or replace the watch at no cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage due to misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

MoonSwatch Conversion Warranty:
Every MPwatches custom MoonSwatch conversion, is backed by a 6 month limited warranty, covering the case and workmanship. This warranty does not cover any mechanical failure, normal wear, accidental damage, water damage due to misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
